Don't get
your panties in a bunch; I AM back to bring you more adventures in
pornography. I know some; okay maybe 2, of you was worried by the sad turn
of events earlier this week when my column was asked to be no more. But
things have been researched and looked over so that I can continue to write
what, apparently many of you want to read about. For web related reasons, I
will try to keep this as "kiddie-friendly" as possible. Thanks for all the
hard work for those who fought kicking and screaming to keep this column
going.
This week's column is going to be a
little different. It's a little story about me and porn. My boyfriend had
recommended a site to me about 6 months ago. It was called Super Cult. It
had a cute intro page and there was free guest admission. It opens up a
smaller page, which is neatly categorized, and there is even a silhouette of
a girl that if you put your cursor over, she does a little strip tease. I
continue on to read about their little bio on how they run a small business
in a cramped apartment in Boston. They are trying to make this site
specifically for people who get laid. They only feature "real girls; girls
you could meet and a club and not be afraid to talk to- because you'd
actually have something to talk to them about". So I click on the "meet the
girls" link and venture on to see what "real girls" look like. There's about
a dozen links for the girls and even one for the guy who runs the site. I
open up a random link and come to a bunch of others that stated how many
free pics and member pics she had for different series that that particular
girl was in. I open the "Roxie in Troma" link and up pops a summary of where
they were, what they heard and a fact. To my surprise they were actually
shooting this series in the Troma offices in NYC. They show a few pics of
her w/ clothes on and some of the clothes coming off. Then there was what
seemed like a mile worth of pics of her that were blurred. But you could
totally tell what they were pics of. I skimmed through the rest of her and
the other girl's pics. They were your typical, pretty indie-rocker girls w/
some tattoos and piercings but overall nice looking girls. You can also
order Super Cult merchandise like t-shirts and buttons. You can see pics of
them under the "cult insider" link and see them on vacation, hanging out w/
the folks at Troma or meeting the infamous Ron Jeremy.
The very last link says, "Live the
dream". It offers you a chance to become one of the Super Cult girls. Well,
this is where it becomes personal. I decided that id just see if I was porn
material and sent them a .jpg from 2 years back. About a week later I
received an email from one of the photographers. He said he'd love to see
more pics and that I were welcome to join the "army". I kind of
procrastinated and wrote back saying that since I couldn't see the blurred
pics that I couldn't really tell what I was getting into. So he signed me up
a member for free! I was on that site for about 2 hours, no lie. And it
didn't seem that bad. It was mostly girls taking off their clothes and
posing in all sorts of ways (even w/ action figures!). It wasn't tasteless
at all. I would have to first send in some pics that were taken by me or my
boyfriend to see how much people liked me. Then if I got requests, they
would fly out to my house and shoot some professional pics themselves. I
decided to nonchalantly ask my boyfriend if he would mind me doing that. The
first day he was all for it. The next day he asked me why. The third day he
didn't seem so enthused. The fourth day he stated that he didn't want me
doing that for the fact that he found out about that site from his friends
who often look at that site. And that the people who run that site are
affiliated w/ people who are in his line of work. So all of his friends and
colleagues would be seeing me naked. And for some reason, I didn't mind the
fact that complete strangers would be viewing my naked body and doing god
knows what while looking at them but I really didn't want to people I see on
a daily basis looking at them and knowing when they look at me they've seen
me naked. So he, I, we decided against it so none of you will be able to see
me naked, hopefully.
The rating system:
1- I got so bored I gave up and got a sandwich
2- I ended up squatting over a mirror
3- The easy one hander
4- Lube worthy
5- Oh my god, I shot myself in the eye!
Super Cult- I gave it a 4. Since there wasn't another person in the pic, it
was more work on my part. But the site overall was exceptional. It kept you
busy. There is a butt load of pics so you can be on there for hours on end.
And membership is only $6.35 a month, which isn't bad. They have constant
updates but rarely for the free pics. And they have those flipbooks but they
suggest only using them if you have a cable modem or better. Even if you're
not in the mood, it's worth checking out just for the sheer fun of it. All
that really matters is that they thought I was a porn goddess! Well at least
good enough to be on their exclusive site.
